Eugenia Elizabeth Fulford, one of the younger daughters of Joseph and Sarah Fulford, was born 1844; died June 13, 1880, of childbirth fever. She was the first wife of William Bardwell Bogart and bore him two sons. On Eugenia's death, Bogart married the older sister, Mary Ann. The family lived in Greensboro, NC. Florence Faye Fulford ("Mary Jane") Moore (July 1938 . . . ) - NC. Surviving child of Richard Berry and Thelma Credle Fulford (Oct 1912 . . . ) - Richard Berry Fulford, Jr., died at birth in 1940.
Mary has two children:
      a son, Marshall, born in June 1970, and
      a daughter, Janelle, born in July 1972.

Francis Joseph "Frank" Fulford, older of two surviving sons of Joseph and Sarah Fulford, was born in 1850 and died in 1880. He married Ida Hargett of Silverdale, NC, and they had two children - Joseph Clarence and Julia Maye. He was an apothecary in New Bern, NC. Contributed by Florence Fulford Moore.

Nathan H. and Betty Fulford with son, Guy. - Cortez, FL
Richard Berry Fulford (12-26-1890 to 10-6-1971). This picture indicates that he was either an Ensign or LtJg in the USN during WWI. He retired as Lt.Cmdr. and was considered to be on inactive duty until his death. He was the son of Walter J. Fulford (1860-1944) and Florence Berry Fulford (1865-1934). Both Walter and Richard are buried on the Hyman-Fulford (1785) plot in Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Bern, NC. Walter's father and mother, Joseph Fulford and wife Sarah, are also buried on this family plot. Contributed by Florence Fulford Moore.

Walter Fulford (born in 1860, married on March 30, 1890, and died in 1944). Born in Greensboro, NC. Buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Bern, NC. Hyman-Fulford Plot.
            Walter's family. His wife, Florence Elizabeth Berry, ws daughter of Richard Thomas Berry and Mary Frances White, and she was born in 1867, died in 1924. Oldest child is son, Richard Berry Fulford (Little Lord Fauntleroy suit); daughter on mother's lap is Sarah Emma Fulford; standing next to her mother is Florence Marian Fulford. Two other children would be born - William Clarence and Gerald. Clarence and the siblings shown survived to adulthood and lived to be between 67 and 81 years old; Gerald was stung to death by a swarm of bees when he was four years old.
